I’m a California-based therapist on a mission to help young people heal + grow, so they can become who God created them to be.
This is an invitation to see your own sweetness, face your own darkness, and know yourself as fully + forever loved.
Individual therapy
For teens + young women struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, relationship struggles, and other painful issues, the emotional safety and uniquely structured relationship of therapy can often provide just the right soil to help you heal, grow, and move towards flourishing. I offer evidence-based, holistic, individual therapy to girls + women who are hurting.
Christian counseling
As a believer, I love to work with fellow sisters in Christ and offer Christian spiritual integration to those clients who desire it. God Himself and our relationship with Him are the greatest resources we have. As the Wonderful Counselor, God can and does work through therapy to make His love personal + tangible to us, and to bring healing and restoration to our lives and the lives of those around us.
